E-Paper to hit the market anytime soon?

The ongoing progress in ambient display technology is very exciting. Recently LG announced an A4-sized display. There are countless interesting applications that will leverage this promising technology, however we are only witnessing the tip of the iceberg. Not to mentions the green effect these displays bring with them.

Silverlight Is Out

OK, so Microsoft's answer to Adobe's Flash is finally here:

From a first glance, the picture quality is pretty good, though the UX still lacks the qualities you would expect:

• Installation is cumbersome
• Playback controls lack random access to points in the movie

Any thoughts of the future of this player vs. Flash?
